Etoile FC will host Singapore Armed Forces in an S-League encounter at the Queenstown Stadium this evening (3rd August 2011) at 8pm. The late kick off timing is concurrent with the on-going Ramadhan month in which Muslims have to observe fasting from sun-rise to sun-set.
The game will see Singapore Armed Forces trying to overcome a Etoile side, still reeling from the penalty shootout loss to Home United at weeks back. The loss, while demoralizing considering that the Stars were presented with many opportunities to win it in regulation time, were serve to act as a motivation for the Stars to bounce back and stay closer to the Top 3 in the League table.
