Charity Shield 2011: Etoile FC vs Tampines Rovers

The S-League 2010 Champions Etoile FC will take on the Singapore Cup runner-up Tampines Rovers in the curtain riser to the 2011 S-League, which would kick off on 12 February 2011.

Whilst the Stags have almost the same team from last season, minus Qiu Li, the Stars would see an almost brand-new team at the Jalan Besar Stadium on 9 February 2011. Gone are Mendy, Mansour and Michellini, but fans can still look forward to what Johan described as 'almost his dream team' with new players like Justin, a 1.93m tall forward, who is 'more all-rounded' than Mendy, and retained players like Serge Souchon and Brice Morandini.

All proceeds to tonight's game would go to the President's Charity Fund and we encourage all Etoile fans to turn up in full force to support your team, the S-League Champion of 2010 - ETOILE FC.
